Consultation

We meet with you for a no obligations free consultation and evaluate your requirements and your potential site from a design and planning perspective. We will then revert with a Summary Project Proposal, outlining our design recommendations, a planning feasibility assessment, outline budget and proposed time frame.

Project Proposal

You evaluate the Summary Project Proposal and if you wish to proceed we draw up a full set of designs and specifications for your new home. After consultation with you on the drawings, design, specification of your new home and budget we agree and sign off on all aspects of the project.

Contract

We draw up and sign a legally binding contract, which will detail every aspect of the project, including designs, specifications, materiel and house finish and details. All finishes and furnishings are also listed in this contract as are budgets and building / completion schedules. This gives us both complete piece of mind and the security of a legally binding jointly co-signed contract.

Planning permission

Drawing on our considerable planning expertise, we develop a comprehensive planning proposal & drawings and apply for planning permission. We provide any additional information in the way of Engineers Reports, Environmental Impact Statements as requested by the planning authority.

We build your home

On receipt of planning permission we commence the actual build! We ensure every item in the build matches your wishes and the contract details. We complete the house on schedule (28 weeks), on budget, to the highest standard to you, including all carpets, kitchens, wardrobes, sanitary ware and hard wood floors, ready to move in!

Test and Complete

We BER test your home with an independent SEI accredited agency and deliver you an A rated BER SEI certificate. On completion of snagging and testing each component of the house and only when we have satisfied our 30 point quality assurance programme do we invoice you for the project total.

Payment and hand over

Upon payment of the contract sum as specified in the legally binding contract, we give you your keys to your new home, finished to the highest standard and ready for you to move into. Our homes are warranted by the Premier Home Guarantee Scheme giving you 10 years warrantee on every aspect of your home and complete piece of mind that you are now living in a future proof, energy efficient sustainable home!
