We use a combination of solar panels, wind turbines, timber frame construction, double insulation and good design to give you a beautiful warm home with a reduction of up to 75% in energy costs. (compared to a C1 rated house)

Building Energy Ratings, BER. We build to A2/A3 rating. Current standard is C1.

Average heat and light cost of our homes is €400. A saving of €1,600 per annum on standard family home.
